Coach Manos began his professional coaching career with the Texas Regulators (APFL) as a Strength and Conditioning Coach, Offensive/Defensive Line Coach, and Special Teams Coach in 2007. He has since served as the Offensive/Defensive Line Coach for the Kaufman County Crunch (IIFA) and Head Coach for the DFW Doom (IIFA) in 2007

Stacey Johnson
Stacey is from Corsicana,TX, married to a Joy Johnson and they have to wonderful girls name Taylor age 8 and Emily age 4. Mr. Johnson also owns the Euless Trojans Youth Arena Football Team. In 2007 Coach Johnson lead his youth team to a National Championship and he is also looking forward to building a championship team to the City of Southlake.
Defensive Co./ Defensive Back Coach
Eric Ward
Coach Ward attended Alcorn State University were he was a Cornerback for the Braves, from there he played football on its highest levels as a Defensive Back in the National Football League (NFL) as well as the Arena Football League (AFL). This will be Coach Ward third year with the Pirates.
Offensive Co./ Wide Receiver Coach
Joe Mitchell
Coach Mitchell Played football and baseball for 4 years at a East Central University from 1996-2000. Graduated from East Central with a Speech Communications degree and is currently finishing Masters degree in Secondary Education. He has coached for the North Texas Stampede, He also has designed and help implement the offense for the South Lake Pirates.

Directed and danced in several hundred professional shows including corporate events and industrials. Performed and directed weekly dance segments on TV 29 "De Todo Un Poco" and TV 52 "Variadisimo". Directed opening dance numbers and entertainment segments for Miss Texas Teen Pageants and Miss Calendar Model Competition. Directed Texas Heat Cheerleaders and DFW Diesel Dancers both Minor League Professional Football Teams. Direct UBL Wranglers Minor League Professional Basketball League Dance and Cheer Teams and Direct Half-Time Entertainment for Games. Performed as backup dancer to several bands including Mirror Image, Sassy, and Dave Tapley bands. Past member of Ballet Jeunesse. Developed educational presentations utilizing dance visuals that is performed for many schools and charitable organizations. Coached youth dance teams for private schools and independent programs resulting in numerous awards. Hosted dance and fitness competitions at the University of North Texas and the University of Dallas. A Certified Fitness Instructor with Cooper Institute of Research, past host of weekly televised fitness segments, presenter on Bally's Aerobic Demo Team, Silver Medal Winner/American Aerobics Association, Gold Medal Winner/Southern Region/US National Aerobic Championships, and Bronze Medal Winner/LA Open/USNAC (an ESPN Event).
